GUIDELINES FOR SCRIP

• We reserve the right to limit all accounts to a maximum of $100 per scrip item per month.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be made after 60 days for any reason.
• No refunds on partially used scrip.
• ALL tax & gratuities must be paid in cash at the time of purchase.
• The scrip has no cash value. It may be used to pay for food, beverage, merchandise, or services at regular prices and it is not valid in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
• When charges are greater than the amount of the scrip(s) presented, any difference will be paid by the bearer in cash or with an approved credit card.
• When charges amount to less than the value of the scrip(s), there will be no cash “change”.
•  The scrip will expire 7 years from the date of issue on the front side of the scrip. It cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or expired. Please note hours and restrictions; we suggest you call ahead if in doubt.
• For parties of six or more:

1. Advanced reservations are required.
2.  Notice that New England Trade scrip will be used for payment.

 GIFT CERTIFICATES & TICKETS

• Gift Certificates, Ski Tickets, Sporting Tickets, Theatre Tickets, and all other “live” tickets may have their own guidelines regarding use. Your broker can provide you  any details before a purchase is made. Once purchased, these gift certificates and/ or tickets are non-refundable.
